Prime SwissTime (“PRIME SWISSTIME”), headquartered in Lucerne, Switzerland, offers its customers modern and vintage timepieces, handbags, and jewelry for sale through the website https://primeswisstime.ch.
The company is committed to transparency at every stage of the purchase, sale, and exchange process for luxury timepieces, handbags, and jewelry. Large, clear, unedited photos are an integral part of the product description. Any defects visible in the product photos but not mentioned in the description are considered disclosed. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the descriptions and photos and to ask questions if needed.
PRIME SWISSTIME offers products that may be new or pre-owned. The condition of the products is detailed in each product description.
PRIME SWISSTIME prioritizes the protection of its customers’ personal data, processing it solely for the purpose of fulfilling sales agreements and payment processes. Data is not shared with third parties unless necessary to complete the order. The company may use customers’ email addresses for marketing purposes.

All prices include applicable taxes, and if VAT is charged, it is not listed separately on the invoice.
Payment is required upon issuance of the Order Confirmation. Ordered products will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
If a customer’s order is not paid within 72 hours of the Order Confirmation, PRIME SWISSTIME reserves the right to cancel the order and relist the product for sale.

PRIME SWISSTIME offers items that may be new or pre-owned, with their condition detailed in each product description. The company reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, and product availability without prior notice.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. If the order is accepted, PRIME SWISSTIME will issue an Order Confirmation. If the order is rejected, e.g., because the product is no longer available, the customer will be notified.
The Order Confirmation sent via email constitutes acceptance of the purchase offer and confirmation of the sales agreement.
PRIME SWISSTIME provides the option to submit an inquiry with a price proposal, serving as a negotiation form. All arrangements are conducted via email.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. All shipments are insured and include a tracking number.
Products may also be picked up in person in Lucerne by prior arrangement and at an agreed location.
Import duties, taxes, and other fees for international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Returns are accepted within 5 calendar days of receipt of the product, only if it does not match the description. Prior email authorization is required.
The product must be returned in identical condition. Return shipping costs, including insurance, are the responsibility of the customer.

PRIME SWISSTIME guarantees the authenticity of all offered products.
The warranty covers the functionality of timepieces for the period specified in each product description.
The timepiece warranty does not cover:

PRIME SWISSTIME is not responsible for defects resulting from improper use by the buyer or third parties.
The warranty is void if the customer or a third party attempts repairs without prior approval from PRIME SWISSTIME.
PRIME SWISSTIME is not responsible for defects arising from normal wear and tear of used handbags and jewelry. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the descriptions and photos, which faithfully reflect the item’s condition.
For jewelry, the warranty does not cover natural changes in precious metals, minor scratches from use, or imperfections inherent to pre-owned items.

All materials, photos, and descriptions presented by PRIME SWISSTIME are protected by copyright and require written consent for use.

All transactions are governed by Swiss law, and any disputes will be resolved by the courts in Lucerne

Using PRIME SWISSTIME services constitutes acceptance of these terms, which may be updated without prior notice.
